You can be a #BigVolunteer

We know how hard projects work to make a difference in their communities. They tell us it’s not just the money, but the people involved and the opportunities created, that help to change lives.

Using #BigVolunteer we will be giving you the opportunity to volunteer at Big Lottery Fund (and other) funded projects, helping to make a positive change.
If you’re interested in volunteering keep reading to find out more.

You can identify volunteering opportunities in your local area using our digital channels.

  • All you need to do is search Twitter, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #BigVolunteer.
  • All projects officially involved will be sharing their information on our Google map below.
  • You can click the markers to find out more information about the projects you’re interested in volunteering for.
  • Once you’ve chosen a project, you can contact them directly to find out more and apply.
